Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Acceptance of a return is solely at the discretion of J-Spec Garage. If we approve a return, the outcome is store credit only, special circumstances at the discretion of J-Spec Garage. 

  • Return window: You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be brand-new, uninstalled, unopened, and in re-saleable condition with every original box, label, and document intact.

  • Restocking fee: All approved returns incur a 30 % restocking fee; the remaining value is issued as store credit.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Used or attempted-to-install parts

    • Close-outs or clearance items

    • All electronics, Special-order / made-to-order products (e.g., wheels, body kits, JDM-only parts)

  • Check your order carefully before you click “Submit.” Please verify your shipping address, name, phone number, payment details, and product selection. J-Spec Garage is not responsible for errors or omissions made at checkout.

 

  • RMA requirement: Packages without an RMA number on the shipping label will be refused.

    1. Email Sales@jspec-garage.com for an RMA.

    2. Clearly mark the RMA on the outside of every carton.

  • Shipping back to us:

    • Use a trackable, insured service; you assume all risk until confirmed delivered.

    • Damage or loss in transit is the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the carrier—no credit is issued for such claims.

STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is issued electronically to the email on file within five (5) business days after inspection approval.

  • Credit may be applied to any future purchase at J-Spec Garage and never expires.

  • Shipping costs and the restocking fee are non-creditable.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they arrived defective or damaged.
Email us with photos and your order number to start an exchange request. Upon approval, ship the product to the RMA address above; a replacement will be sent when the original is received and inspected.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given store credit as detailed above.
