Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders promptly.

Please understand that some items with special order status or that may come from vendors located overseas may take additional time. We cannot simply cancel or refund orders based on wait time from overseas. Please understand that due to global economic and social issues sometimes there are delays outside of our hands and our manufacturer's hands. Shipping internationally includes great costs of shipping and tariffs to us. 

We keep close contact with our partners overseas, so if it appears there is an issue or that there will be a delay in shipping your item out, we will do our best to let you know! 

Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
