Introducing the PRP Pro Drag Dry Sump Cam Covers. Now, you can effectively manage the top end of the notoriously heavy-breathing RB with high-volume cam covers.

Pro Drag Series - Designed with Drag Racing in Mind

This variant of our renowned baffled cam covers is specifically engineered for drag racing. We've strategically removed material from the center of the cam covers and incorporated only a single baffle plate, resulting in a significantly lighter variant. Ideal for dry sump applications, these covers come without an oil cap provision or oil cap included.

For elite racers and world-record seekers, particularly those with 5-second promod cars, these covers provide just the right amount of baffling necessary for such quick passes where weight reduction is paramount. Additionally, these covers are ideal for cars running sub-7 second quarter miles.

We offer two outer profiles:

  1. Smooth and Clean: A sleek design with the option of laser engraving.
  2. Retro Fins with Raised PRP Logo: Features retro fins and raised PRP logo lettering with the anodizing licked off the top for a silver-striped look, as seen in our rendered images.

Both styles are available in 12 PRP colors. The smooth style also has the option for machined engraving, with costs quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Best of all, these covers are manufactured to accept the OEM gasket for ease of installation.

Installation Warning

Please ensure you apply Loctite on the supplied hardware when installing your baffle plate inside the cam covers. Failure to do so could result in engine damage!
