Raceonly Billet AST Delete kit for FD3S RX7 - Gen3

Designed and made in Australia by RaceOnly, this billet AST delete kit replaces both the factory thermostat housing/water neck and the plastic air separator tank on 1993–2002 FD3S RX-7 models. Machined entirely from aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum, this direct bolt-on solution offers improved coolant flow, enhanced air separation, and eliminates the fragile plastic AST bottle prone to failure.

Its compact design frees up additional space for larger turbochargers—even layouts using Turblown G42 units. The kit retains compatibility with factory components such as the metric-thread water level sensor, overflow tank, radiator hoses, and AST cap. For more versatility, it includes both OEM radiator hose integration and a built-in AN-16 fitting. The reduced flange diameter (by 2mm) enables tighter turbo placement without compromise. Finished in durable black powder coat, this upgrade is ideal for both street and race builds.
