The Raceonly FD RX7 Billet Intake Manifold Kit has been long in the making. This kit includes the upper and lower intake manifold and fuel rail. There have been many challenges to bringing this idea to life and are finally here.  RaceOnly can finally say that they have managed to design an Intake that maintains Idle, Drivability and low end while providing a HUGE increase in power band as well as power. That’s right the ULTIMATE intake for your STREET car. Whether your making 250HP or 1200HP you will not find a better bang for buck increase in HP anywhere else

What RaceOnly have achieved with this intake was to make more HP at less boost. If we thought that we could only make 400HP on 1 bar of boost safely, the RaceOnly intake will now allow us to move that line all the way up to 500HP.

RaceOnly have also managed to avoid having to CAST the intakes and deal with all the issues that come associated with that. RaceOnly's 100% CNC Billet Alloy intake won’t have cast lines or any need for die grinding etc. Every inch is finished to perfection and ready to go.

RaceOnly made sure that every aspect of this intake was easy to use and 100% serviceable. RaceOnly had the new intake installed in less than 2 hours ready. Theres no drilling/tapping or misalignment issues as seen with other CAST manifolds, you won’t have clearance issues with your Alternator or Oil filler etc.

RaceOnly's initial testing so far has shown a 20% increase in power over the OEM FD Intake and increase in power band by up to 2000RPM over the standard intake

RaceOnly have also noted Perfectly matching EGT’s with our intake with no fuel trims required WHATSOEVER to keep each rotor at the same EGT, every other intake on the market I have tested has required some trim. No longer need to worry about adding fuel to the rear rotor as seen on the OEM intake or most aftermarket intakes for that matter.

RaceOnly also made sure that when you purchase the intake it will come with everything you need. It has all the fuel rails, DBW adaptor (Simply pick which Electric throttle you will run) and your set. All the bolts you need etc are all included. RaceOnly recommends either an 87mm or 90mm GM Drive by Wire setup.
