Turblown Engineering has developed the ultimate external wastegate (EWG) turbo system from over 15 years of manufacturing Rx7 turbo systems. This turbo system is not only designed to deliver maximum performance, but maximum longevity; especially for track driven rotaries. This turbo system wasn't simply designed by simply just making it " fit". Literally hundreds of dyno hours, and 20+ design variations resulted in what you see below. 

The heart of the turbo system revolves around our new for 2018 Cast EWG turbo manifold. Twin turbosmart GenV wastegates with optional water cooling ports( recommended for track driven conditions) are supplied in black color with the 14 psi springs by default. The new genV wastegates do come with multiple spring combinations so one can drop or raise the boost pressure mechanically. We do not offer a re circulation option for this turbo system. If you want the wastegates to vent back into the downpipe its best to go with one of our cast EFR IWG turbo systems. This kit includes twin open vent wategate dump tubes. 

You have your choice of turbo based on what you needs are. Rest assured we have tried it all and if you need help selecting the right size turbo feel free to contact us directly. The SXE based turbos are geared more towards those on a budget, or those who are looking to exceed the power levels of the biggest EFR( 68mm). The EFR turbocharger is the fastest responding turbo on the market, and is most ideal. 

This turbo systems fits both LHD & RHD 3rd gen Rx7s from 1992-2002 with the OEM 13BREW. It does clear the Excessive manufacturing, SCR & 13BRE intake manifold sets without issue. Please contact directly if going this option. All known intercooler systems also fit this turbo system, including Vmounts. The 1.45 AR EFR turbine housings does not clear the Excessive or SCR intake manifold. Factory A/C parts do clear this turbo system without modifications. Air-pump removal required( this turbo system is designed for off road use only).

2X Turbosmart GenV Wastegates

2X open dump tubes

1X 3" downpipe & clamp

1X Inconel T4 turbo hardware kit( studs and nuts) 

T4 turbo gasket

Stainless Heater Core Hardline with hose and clamps

Oil feed & return lines for SXE turbo( additional water feed & return lines for EFR). All association fittings and hardware for lines included. 

K&N Air filter

4X npt port plugs for the turbo manifold if not using EGT/EMAP
